So we've done everything we can do in the early game to get ourselves set up for everything there is to come in the rest of the game. The next thing we need to do is start opening more of the map. In order to get that done, we will need to feed 2 of the Gordos that can be found around the map within the Rainbow Fields area. There are 3 in total so we will be knocking them all out at once.

Gordo #1 is a Phosphor Gordo and it can be found near your home base. Head to this area of the map to find it. This guy loves fruit so be sure to stock up on some. If you've followed my tip videos so far feeding all 3 gordos should be a piece of cake. either feed this guy 30 regular fruits or gear up with some Cuberrys and keep on feeding it till it's had too much and explodes. Behind this Gordo will be a secret door. In order to open it all you need to do is bring a Tabby Plort and insert it into the stone statue. Behind the stone, door will be a hidden pod. Pods can be used as collectibles around the island and will either give you gifts or upgrades you can access at the fabricator back home. There are 14 pods to find within the Rainbow Fields region

Gordo #2 is a Cotton Gordo, head to this area of the map to find it. Cotton Gordos of course love Veggies. So same as last time, gear up on as many veggies as you can find or load up on Water Lettuce which is a Cotton Gordo's Favorite food. Once you're all geared up head to the Cotton Gordo and unleash your veggies into that thing's mouth. Once it is fully fed it will explode and reveal a small underground cave. Follow the cave down and activate the machine at the end this will give you access to a new part of the map, located to the south. Keep in mind in order to actually get to the new part of the map you will have to find your way to the desert area of Rainbow Fields to access the launch portal.

Gordo #3 is a huge Pink Slime, head to this area of the map to find it. The good thing about Pink Slimes is that they eat anything. So gear up on as many munchies as possible and head on over to the big guy. Once you feed it enough, like every other Gordo, it will explode revealing a geyser under it. Use the geyser to jump up to the land above and follow it to show yet another Launch Portal Activator. Activate the machine to open the land to the North West of Rainbow Fields. Like before, if you want to go to that land be sure to find your way to the start of the dotted line on the map.

That's it! All the Gordos are now fed and their secrets are revealed. Now it's time to start exploring more of the game's lands.
