How to UNLOCK Arcana Cards in Hades 2

The first thing you need to do is ensure you have enough ashes, which are the main resource needed to start unlocking arcana cards in Hades 2.
There are a few ways to gather ashes in the game. The best way to farm ashes is to choose them as a room reward whenever possible. You can see this option on the doorway before entering a room, and you should receive five ashes after clearing the room. Additionally, you can purchase ashes from the Wretched Broker in the Crossroads for bones, which you can obtain by heading south from the Incantation Cauldron. Ashes are also available from Charon's special order bin in the Crossroads, requiring Obol Points, which Charon gives you each time you spend 1000 gold.
Now that you have enough ashes, let’s start unlocking arcana cards in Hades 2. First, find the Altar of Ashes, an archway you pass through just after entering the second area in the Crossroads. If you reach the Silver Pools, you've gone too far.
Once you get to the altar, press the option to meditate and open the altar menu. As you hover through the arcana cards, you'll see how many ashes are required to unlock each card at the bottom of your screen. After unlocking them, make sure to press the “activate” button to activate your arcana card. Remember, you can only equip as many arcana cards as your grasp level allows.
