How to update Gigabyte Motherboard BIOS by Q-Flash: Easiest BIOS update ever! B560M BIOS F8 to F9
BIOS stands for "Basic Input/Output System." It is a firmware that is built into the motherboard of a computer or other electronic devices, which initializes the hardware components of the system and provides a basic set of instructions for the operating system to access and interact with the hardware. A computer BIOS typically includes settings for configuring hardware options such as the system clock, memory, and storage devices.
◘ Updating the BIOS on a computer can provide several benefits, including:

In this Gigabyte BIOS Upgrade video i have been using my Gigabyte B560M AORUS Elite motherboard for the demonstration. Total upgrading procedure of Gigabyte Intel based B560M AORUS Elite Motherboard from F8 to F9 version is shown in this video. The BIOS upgrade process of most the manufacturers like Asus, Intel, MSI, BioStar, ASRock is almost same. Just the utility name can be different, which is Q-Flash for Gigabyte. With the help of Q-Flash you only need a USB pen drive to update your motherboard's BIOS.
◘ Gigabyte Motherboard BIOS Update Process in short-
1. Check your current BIOS version by typing ''DXDIAG'' in Windows search.
2. Go to the Gigabyte website's support section to download the latest BIOS file.

3. Download the file and copy it to a pen drive, which is formatted in NTFS format. unzip the file.
4. Restart the PC the press END to enter QFLASH mode, Gigabyte's built in BIOS upgrade utility.
5. Locate the BIOS file. The utility will the check condition of the file itself. Continue the on screen instructions.
◘ Precaution you need to take before updating your computer's BIOS-
1. Do not turn off your PC while upgrading.
2. Ensure uninterrupted Electricity while upgrading.
3. Keep the unzipped BIOS file in a USB Flash Drive
4. Disconnect all the non essential USB peripherals.
It's important to note that updating the BIOS can be a complex process that requires careful attention to detail and following the manufacturer's instructions. It's recommended to only update the BIOS if it's necessary and if you have a good reason to do so. Additionally, if the process is not performed correctly, it can cause irreparable damage to the system.
