How to Connect Dualsense Edge PS5 Controller to Windows 11 PC (Settings Tutorial)
To connect your PS5 DualSense controller to your Windows 11 PC, you have a couple of options: wired or wireless. Let’s explore both methods:
Wired Connection (via USB):
Plug your DualSense controller into your PC using a USB-C cable.
Wait for your Windows PC to recognize the controller as a gamepad1.
You’re all set! Your DualSense controller should now work seamlessly with your PC.
Wireless Connection (via Bluetooth):
Ensure your PC has Bluetooth capability.
Put your DualSense controller into pairing mode:
Turn off the player indicator on the controller (if it’s on).
Disconnect any USB cable connected to the controller.
Press and hold the Create button and the PS button simultaneously until the light bar blinks.
On your PC:
Go to Bluetooth settings.
Choose “Add device” and look for the controller in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
Pair the controller with your PC.
Once paired, the light bar will blink, and the player indicator will light up.
Remember that a controller can be paired with only one device at a time, so if you switch devices, you’ll need to pair it again.
