18To customize button assignments and remap your DualSense Edge PS5 controller, follow these steps:
Enable Custom Button Assignments:
Go to your PS5 Settings.
Select Accessibility.
Navigate to Controllers.
Choose Custom Button Assignments.
Turn on the Enable Custom Button Assignments option.
Create or Edit a Custom Profile:
Under Custom Profiles, select Create Custom Profile.
Give your profile a name.
Customize the following settings:
Button Assignments: Swap or change buttons as desired.
Stick Sensitivity/Deadzone: Adjust stick responsiveness.
Trigger Deadzone: Modify trigger sensitivity.
Vibration Intensity: Set vibration strength.
Trigger Effect Intensity: Adjust trigger feedback.
Apply your changes.
Profile Shortcuts:
Assign shortcuts to profiles for quick switching during gameplay.
Hold down the Fn button and press an action button (triangle, circle, cross, or square) to switch profiles.
The default shortcut is the Fn button + triangle.
Configure vibration and player indicator feedback when switching profiles in Settings- Accessories - DualSense Edge Wireless Controller.
