Here is a guide on how to Use Both the BG3MM for Nexus Mods and Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager that was released in Patch 7. Both of these mods work together to allow you to mod your game exactly to your liking. You can install all sorts of different mods like the artificer mod and the tav's hair salon. Both of these mods are incredibly fun and give a whole new way to play the game. The nice thing about these mods is they're not super complicated to install. Watching this video and you should be able to do it for yourself with out worry, I tried to make it as easy as possible! Most Nexus Mods can be installed this way.
