In this video, I showcase the liquify plugin by Pyrochild. It's a very useful tool, and in the video, I show how to use it, and a few ways you can use it.
You might be familiar with it already from perhaps Photoshop. It's very similar, but the biggest difference is that Paint.NET is free, while Adobe charges monthly to use their software.
So if you don't wanna pay monthly, this is a pretty good free alternative.
