Optimal runes:

If you're good at hitting snowball you will be well rewarded. This combo will take out half -70% of the entire teams health, alongside one-shotting a squishy or two. Nimbus cloak lets you reposition perfectly to maximize your damage and your passive procs. Since you start this combo (or should) with full hp, you will have absolute focus which increases your damage and Talon scales great with AD. On a similar note, due to lack of Electrocute, Gathering Storm is a must to secure your late game, and abuse that crazy scaling if the game goes late. This isn't 5v5 so you don't need scorch like you would in lane normally. With Electrocute this combo does a lot more damage.

Ideally you want to be taking Phase Rush as it lets you make clean picks and clean ups. This lets you pick up kills and snowball, oneshotting your items as you eventually die and come come back with a full core.

This is a game ending combo and only countered by point and click CC when you come out of stealth. To prevent this you have to buy a QSS , which unfortunately gimps your damage but hopefully you're ahead enough at this point and your team mates are not apes.
