This video will show you how to get the stock web browser that comes shipped by default with the Android operating system to display web sites as your typical desktop, laptop, notebook or netbook PC or Mac's web browser would and NOT to display the mobile versions of webpages by default. Other Android web browsers refer to these renderings as 'desktop view' versus 'mobile view'.
This is essentially done by tapping in the browser's address bar (where you type in URL's), and typing the following:
about:debug
Once you tap GO following the entry of this text, the UAString user agent identifier string option will appear in your browser's settings menu. You can open UAString and select the Desktop option to view web pages in Desktop mode. From that point on, any web pages that you view during that SAME browsing session will display as they would if displayed on a desktop web browser and will NOT display by default in mobile browser form (these settings revert back to displaying the mobile variants of websites once the browser is closed).
