03:00 Can you explain the concept of "throughness"?
06:00 How do you know whether a story is worth telling?

How do we know if a story is worth telling? Can we actively seek out inspiration, or do we have to wait for it to strike? In this interview, award-winning writer and author of 'How I Live Now', Meg Rosoff, provides an insight into her writing philosophy. She discusses her origins in advertising, why the theme of adolescence fascinates her, and how a passion for horse-riding inspired the idea of 'throughness' which encapsualtes the relationship between the conscious and unconscious mind.
