Ambleside Sprint is another race with Forza Horizon 4 demo. This video is made with my regular gaming PC that sports a Ryzen 2600x, 16GB 2933MHz C15 ram memory and Asus Strix GTX980 4GB without overclocking. The GPU and memory clock speeds are not stock but the Asus BIOS settings though they can be pushed for another 10% additional performance though there is no need to do it.
Game video fidelity setting is at the high setting which is recommended by the game, 1080p resolution, and for the most part frame rate is above 72fps and rarely dips below. It may be even more but I have set FastSync v-sync cap because I have a Samsung Freesync monitor that is "manually overclocked" to 72Hz while it can go up to 75Hz.
While until recently, the Nvidia FPS counter was recorded by "Shadowplay", but now it seems they have "fixed" it.
Overall visual quality is perceivable higher than with FH3 and while it is not a big step up, I am pleased because it runs very smooth with current hardware. I would conclude that FH4 performs great with GTX980 at 1080p video resolution.
