Oof. 'Walking Heavy' is right.

So this is a stealthy hitman assassination type game. Pretty stylish graphics, good presentation. You make money, you possibly sell drugs. You level up. You upgrade abilities, buy new equipment. It's all pretty good on paper.

But in practice...ugh. Each level, comprised of a city section, tasks you with finding a target to assassinate and then...killing them, ideally without anybody noticing. If the body's found, you're immediately hunted down...for some reason, even if nobody saw you do it. (Of course, when people get literally run over and killed by the game's train line, nobody bats an eye.)

The biggest problem? You move slow and, you have limited running stamina. (Yes, you can upgrade these, but not quickly and at the cost of other abilities.) Combine with that, that nobody cares about you - not even your target - till you draw your gun. So what each level regressed into was...

- Plod slowly around looking for target.
- Track target around his brain-dead, random path for a long while until I think me and him are hidden enough from everybody else.
- Kill target.
- If I'm home free, I slowly plod back to train. If not home free, I try to get there but probably get tasered.

Even with all the sight lines and vision cones the game provides, it still is really difficult to tell if you'll manage a clean, silent kill or not. If you don't, you may be restarting the level. And if you restart the level...enjoy plodding around looking for the target, then plodding around following him without any tension and waiting for an opportunity to kill him...again.

This game could be kinda fun, but it's completely destroyed by its slow, SLOW pace. I am totally down to be patient and take my time with stealth games, but this is ridiculous. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/charemplaysgames
