For a mobile game, Fire Emblem Heroes has a great soundtrack, and with each new book, composer Hiroki Morishita switches up his composition style to match the theme. For book 5 in the mechanical kingdom of Niðavellir, Morishita really leaned into the industrial theme. I did the same here, but also wanted to try throwing in some mixed meter. The original track is all in 4/4, and I've been listening to a lot of odd meter stuff, so I wanted to try my hand at mixing the time signature up with this cover.
