It's funny, since my early remixes were Falcom-related and my most recent submission for the r/PixelMixers contests was an Ys medley, I told myself I'd do something other than Falcom for the next theme... and then Falcom ends up being literally half of this month's theme. Next time for sure though.

Despite being right up against the deadline, this track was a lot of fun to do. I'm a sucker for odd meter, and this song being in 7 the whole way through made for a lot of opportunities to write different drum beats in 7. The segment that was the most fun to arrange was the second time through the main melody, where it kind of splits into alternating 4/4 and 3/4 before going back to 7/8.
