Well it's been awhile since a Phantom video now hasn't it? There is a reason though, and I'll explain it all in this rather long video. I also want to make it clear as I feel that I didn't in the voiceover... What DJI eventually sent me back was NOT the stuff that I originally sent them.
Feel free to leave a comment or question if there's something I wasn't clear about or if you have dealt with DJI customer service as well (good or bad experiences) I'd love to hear about it. I had read that their customer service was poor when they first started out but had got much better. Maybe I had terrible luck and ended up speaking with employees from the beginning lol I don't know. Either way thanks for watching!
