Around 3 - 4 frames away from the TAS

This could be faster but there are a ton of variables to take into account like a better jump out of the morphball, getting the frame perfect second jump, (pretty hard to get because you have to be over the tile by a pixel, then release the jump button by two frames and then repress in the next frame), jump height, diagonal aim and missile timing to destroy the enemy without getting hit, power gripping the tile and jump within 1 - 2 frames, perfect morph before landing.
