Cia and her forces arrive at Skyloft, and their next target is Ghirahim, the Demon Lord, as his excellent use of the sword will be helpful for the dark forces. They have to deal with The Imprisoned, as well as Fi and the Hyrulean Forces, which become temporary teammates, which I find strange as to why the Skyloft Captains would help out the dark forces.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The fourth scenario of Cia's Tale will take place in Skyloft, and the next opponent is Ghirahim, so Cia and her allies help out Fi and the Skyloft Captains. This scenario recommends Dark, and you do get to play as all three of the villains, and we get to deal with Ghirahim and The Imprisoned. You start things off by capturing Central Square or S. Rockface Keep to advance, and we get the Skyloft Captains on our side.
Then you have to take down The Imprisoned, so have all three of your characters gather around The Imprisoned, so that way you can gain some magic and get in some more damage on it, Wizzro's C4 is a boss killer, so spamming that can deplete The Imprison's weak point gauge quicker, Cia's C5, followed up with a Special Attack, is also a good option for this fight.
This is a very tough fight, but once you have taken out The Imprisoned, the next objective is to defeat Ghirahim, but you can choose to defeat Ghirahim first, and then take down The Imprisoned. Ghirahim's forces contain a lot of Stalmasters and Stalchildren, which Volga should be able to take out easily, as the Stalmaster has an elemental weakness to Fire.
After defeating Ghirahim, and he will join the Dark Forces, and as a result, Fi and the Skyloft Captains betray Cia's army, so there will be a ton of Skyloft Captains to fight, and all the Skyloft Keeps are opened, and Fi is powered up, so she will be a tough opponent should you decide to take on Fi right away.
It is time to stop those Skyloft Captains, as they will be heading towards the Allied Base, and some Keep Saboteurs show up as well, so it is time to defeat them, and take about every keep the Skyloft Foces control. The Supply Troop will advance to their destination, and if successful, you will earn a Magic Jar, and once every Skyloft keep is captured, this will weaken Fi, so that way you should be able to fight her.
Fi has an elemental weakness to Dark weapons, so having Cia or Wizzro fight her can be a good help, Fi isn't too difficult to take down, but it will take a lot of weak point smashes to defeat her. This scenario takes place before Link's arrival to Skyloft, as you do fight Volga there in the main story. As for collectables, the Gold Skulltula is behind a wall of vines north of S. Rockface Keep, and you need a Boomerang for this. The Piece of Heart for Cia is located at the Fairy Fountain, you will have to capture that keep to get the Piece of Heart, while the Heart Container for Volga is underneath the boulder west of the Rogue's Base. I do find this to be a very interesting scenario, as you start by fighting Ghirahim and his forces, and at the end, Fi and the Skyloft Captains are your opponents, so this is one of my favourite scenarios in Hyrule Warriors because of all this.
