This is the final scenario of Cia's Tale, and as it recommends the Dark element weapons, I would recommend playing as Cia for this one, because you don't get to play as Volga until later in the scenario, and Cia is one of few characters to have different costumes, there's her default masked costume, Unmasked is Cia without the mask, and Hatless is Cia without the mask and hat.
This scenario takes place at the Valley of Seers, and this is before the battle with Cia, and at the start, Ganondorf unleashes a pair of Gohmas to attack, and since they have an elemental weakness to Dark, Cia should take these two out without any trouble, specially if you use C5 for most of the fight. When one Gohma is eliminated, Ganondorf will send Manhandla into the fight, and this will be a tough fight due to the Boomerang being your best shot against it, and Manhandla can be tricky when it shoots seeds out very quickly. After beating both Gohmas, Wizzro betrays Cia's army yet again, and he will send some Big Poes to attack the base, so your top priority is to defeat the Big Poes, because if you fight Wizzro right away, he can overpower you. Some Assault Troopers will also appear, so that is a lot of enemies to take down, and Cia will summon several Dark Links to protect the base, while Volga will challenge Ganondorf to a fight, and we do get Lizalfos and Dinolfos Chieftains as allies, well it does make sense, as they are Volga's henchmen.
Ganondorf will activate the Barrier of Darkness, overpowering Volga, so your next task is to defeat Wizzro, who should be weakened after defeating every Big Poe in the battle. You will also want to defeat Manhandla as well in order to stop the seed attack.
Ganondorf will summon even more monsters to the field, and Volga will return to the battlefield, and allowing you to play as him, you can have Volga take down most of the monsters, including Bulblins and Fiery Aeralfos, and the power of Ganondorf's troops cause some of Cia's forces to flee.
Lana will show up, and she will help out Cia in removing the Barrier of Darkness, which is giving Ganondorf even more power. You must escort Lana to the Enemy Base, and also defeat as many monsters as you can, an Attack Specialist and Magic Stash Troop will appear, and the Magic Stash Troop will power up the Attack Specialist, so you have to defeat them before they get even more powerful. Defeat as many Aeralfos as possible, so that way Lana can continue on to the Enemy Base, and once you escort her to the Enemy Base, she will use light magic to remove the Barrier of Darkness, allowing you to take on Ganondorf, while he is a tough opponent, you should try to get in as many weak point smashes as you can, while also dodging Ganondorf's attacks.
With Ganondorf defeated, that will be every Cia's Tale scenario completed, and for collectables, the Gold Skulltula is located at a dead end southwest of the Allied Base. Capture East Temple Keep to obtain a Piece of Heart for Cia, while the Heart Container for Volga is located in the Fairy Fountain Keep.
With the DLC scenario completed, well it was the case in the Wii U version, it is time to go back to the main story of Hyrule Warriors.
