The next Linkle's Tale scenario takes place at the Palace of Twilight, and this takes place before the battle with Cia at the Valley of Seers. Zelda senses an unknown source of dark magic coming from the Palace of Twilight, and Midna changes to her true Twili form, and helps out Linkle with saving Zelda from the palace's dark magic.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is back to the Palace of Twilight again, and this scenario recommends Dark element weapons, but you do get to play as Twili Midna for this one. Even though she does have a Heart Container, you don't unlock Twili Midna by completing this scenario.
Twili Midna was a DLC character in the Wii U version of Hyrule Warriors, and Linkle's Tale was only in Hyrule Warriors Legends, and even then you couldn't unlock Twili Midna by completing this scenario.
Now onto the story, and Twili Midna is really good, she has a gauge where if you land some hits on enemies, you can fill it up, and if you use C1 when it is full, she will unleash a powerful attack that covers a wide range, so it is very useful if you are in a keep full of enemies, I do like using the cannon attack, as that does fill up the gauge much quicker.
Zelda is at the Enemy's base, which is where Dark Twili Midna is at, and the Gate Keeper, Dark Zant is guarding the gate. Have Twili Midna and Linkle split up to take each path, and even though it suggests for Linkle to take the west and Twili Midna take the east, you can go with whichever you want. You will have to take down the Rally Captain and the Fortifier Captain, as they can get in the way, but the main objective is to capture both West and East Palace Entrance Keeps.
Once you have captured about every keep you can get, South Square will open, and you have to take down some Darknuts and Dark Aeralfos before they get to the Allied Base, while also escorting the Messengers to their destination.
When you have defeated the Dark Aeralfos and captured about every required keep, Dark Zant's power will weaken, which will then allow you to defeat him. Once Dark Zant is out of the way, the gate will open if Twili Midna is at the gate, and the Enemy Base will open, and you should be able to fight against Dark Twili Midna, and she is harder than Dark Zant. It should take a lot of hits, but the scenario should be completed when you have defeated Dark Twili Midna.
Once again, you don't unlock Twili Midna by completing this scenario, and as for the collectables, the Gold Skulltula is located at west of Upper Level Exit, and you will have to blow up a boulder to get to the Gold Skulltula. The Heart Container for Twili Midna is underneath a boulder north of Southwest Square, and Linkle's Piece of Heart is obtained by capturing the Upper Level Exit keep. This is the only scenario where Twili Midna appears in, because outside of the main Hyrule Warriors cast, good to see a character that was originally a DLC character in the Wii U version make an appearance in the story.
