I skipped ahead a little since this mission is... in demand, I guess. It IS a handful, one of the top 3 hardest in Termina Map for me. Both Time and Damage Taken are a real concern here.

I chose the Summoning Gate since it makes short work of all the Gibdos here, plus I feel like I'll have a better time clearing keeps with it than with Agitha. Maybe with Agitha you can use your Light element to rush down Wizzro before the Allied Base falls, I don't know. For my part, I know I've had enough Agitha for one map!

While you go around capturing keeps, don't stop to take out officers, except possibly Turncoat Soldiers since your allies can't deal with their high morale. The longer the first phase drags on, the harder it'll be for you to make the time limit, and you also have enemy troops heading to the Allied Base pretty early. It's more efficient to take out everyone at once back at the base, especially with the Summoning Gate which doesn't focus damage on single targets too well.

Fighting Wizzro without being able to block (Defenseless) was... unfortunate. I was lucky to roll a good number of Argoroks for the last showdown.
