Hey everyone and welcome to the devlog 5 of my medieval RPG game called Aboleo: Shadow of the Crown. With this one I bring you some exciting new stuff! I've added horses to the game so you can venture in Veridia faster than ever! I also fixed combat so it's significantly more challenging and fun. Now the enemies don't just attack you when you get in the specific radius but they actually have vision. So if you're behind them they can't see you (mostly humans as animals usually have better insight of their surrounding). Also they don't just attack mindlessly anymore, they try to dodge your attacks and they attack you with some logic, much more than before.
It's done fully done yet but I'll keep trying to make enemies and combat as fun as they can possibly be! :D
I also added my first puzzle to the game and it's in a cave that I've been making for 2 straight days haha. It's completely optional and for the main story - you don't have to complete it. It's a big step for me because I spent a lot of time on something that is not really story important. There will be more of stuff like that but I broke the ice! :D
