I bought a walking pad! | Under desk treadmill review
108Fingers crossed that it continues to be good! I have been walking on it for about 1.5-2 hours per day while working and getting around 8-9k steps during that time. If you are doing some more menial work, I do think it helps with focus! I have been using it while answering emails, doing data entry into spreadsheets, maklng presentations or videos etc and it has been perfect! It is really quiet, but I still wouldnt use it during a meeting personally!
