I'd like to point out straight away that most of what is seen in the video is to be considered griefing: destroying or otherwise ruining other people's buildings on Minecraft servers. Many such cases.
I am also in no way endorsing such or any behaviour shown in the video!
The server itself is, or tries to be, a 2b2t clone, an anarchy server of its own.
It was quite a challenge to start on a server where everything burns, mobs are still spawning at large. Surprisingly none of the other players PvP'd me.
The player putting down the signs had an N-word pass, apparently, so it's fine...
The lava pillars were put out after a few hours.
The server has since then moved spawn a few times and also changed its IP.
Many people still join to leave their odd symbols around spawn...

Info: they recently reset the whole server and made a completely new spawn, it's more or less the same playerbase playing every day, barely any griefing nowadays.

Here's me hoping You are not a griefer!
