I was taught the concept of #dragonlance #D&D using a Cherry flavored can of Skoal Bandits. Back in 1994 sitting on a busted riding lawnmower under a pine tree and fishing down at the bridge. An older fellow autistic redneck taught 12 year old me the concept. Henry led a turbulent life- but I hope he made it if he's still alive. That was 25+ years ago. I still credit him with my lifelong Dragonlance intro. It doesn't matter what edition you learned to play or how... its all about the stories you have while doing it.
