Spent the last few weeks working on a remake of Asteroids. The game features handrawn pixel art, a flight model similar to the original game but I added a brake button as well, I also added a shield function that has a recharge bar. Big asteroids break up into smaller ones and the speed on the asteroids slowly increases at the levels progress. Still a few more features to add-- Top Score board and UFOs are the two most pressing I think.
