Well. I finally did it. I found and reviewed this...game.

State of Emergency 2 is the 2006 sequel to the 2002 cult hit, riot-simulator that was published by Rockstar Games. State of Emergency 2 almost entirely does away with the riot stuff in favor of a more traditional third-person action style of gameplay.

Is it really the worst game ever made?
