iClone 7.21 Tutorial - iClone 7 to Unreal 4 Part 3: iClone and Unreal Material Comparisons
PLEASE NOTE: Although 3DXchange is no longer needed for the export process, you are still required to have the Pipeline license for 3DXchange for it to work.
With iClone 7.2, you can now export your props, scenes, and characters directly to FBX format without the need to go through 3DXchange!
This tutorial is a good reference for comparing the structure of materials when imported into Unreal from iClone, particularly with characters who may have more complicated material structures. You'll learn how to adjust a couple of small texture dissimilarities that may otherwise prove a bit confusing.
