Time for more Days Gone!
Last time we'd arrived at Marion Forks church where Deacon and Sarah got married. This time we start off by fending off the heavily armed backup squatters before completing the a flashback. The whole wedding flashback memory really doesn't seem like it's helping Deacon let go and move on, he burns the church down for good (but probably blasphemous) measure before leaving. I'm sure we'll never be bothered by memories of Sarah again no, no doubt whatsoever!
Addy wants help, not sure what with but we owe Rikki first so we go and finally help her with her transformer fix. It;s quite different than I expected in various ways hah. Basically we just ride to a nearby petrol station place, clear out the zombies then help Rikki climb the power pole thing and fix some stuff. The Mission/quest is called "Better to Light One Candle" cus Rikki's all like "we need to do something instead of just screaming at all the issues" basically, so this is the first candle we're lighting against the dark. Can't argue there,. Unfortunately as she attempts to light the candle we get swarmed by Newts :X As we battle to no die while hating ourselves more by the second we unfortunately fail to save Rikki from getting Smeagol'd and she falls off the candle and dies. Bummer. Second time works out though, finally, power for Lost Lake!!!
Next time we'll continue our adventure with Rikki then go see what Addy wants :)
