We are in the week right before Lunar New Year, or Chinese New Year, where temptations continue to persist with more attractive anime figures going on pre-order. With this week's figure news, we will be taking a look at new anime figures that began preorders between 16th to 21st of January 2023. We are only in January, but a contender for one of the best anime figures of the year 2023 has already appeared. Could you guess which one?

Ikkitousen is making a comeback after a bunch of OVAs aired last year, with FREEing making the first move with their 1/4 scale bunny figures. Amakuni kinda rushes out a figure of Power from Chainsaw man, after seeing everyone making figures of her, and I certainly do appreciate them making a figure of Saber / Beni-Enma from FGO. That's a really niche character. Meanwhile Furyu or FNEX pumps out more expensive figures - this time around a figure of Hatsune Miku.
