205It's time for another indie horror game and today we are archiving the first chapter in an upcoming title known as Imaginary Friend Asylum. This is by the same developers as The Friends We Left Behind and tells the story of Anthony who gets sent to an asylum for children.
It does not take long before we make friends and find out that we can actually physically see everyone's imaginary friends. This is where the game shines as the imaginary friends are each so colorful and unique and you are always excited when you meet a new character. Part of this is because of the strong contrast with the regular people who are all portrayed through dark silhouettes.
Through the day we have to solve various tasks and unravel the mystery behind the Ghost of the Asylum. The tasks and minigames are easy and things you have seen in other horror games before. Its really the story, atmosphere and characters that make this game into something awesome and I definitely hope that the developers will keep their focus on the story with upcoming updates. I am excited to see where the story goes!
