Woke up feeling like going for the squat PR 145 kg / 319 lbs

After BB delt workout felt mentally checked out LUL. 130 set didnt feel amazing, loaded 140, but then swapped to 145 last second to trick ourselves XD.

We're also in AWE of the THICCness of this lad XD! Was 103.7 kg / 228 lbs here, full of water. We've consciously minor bulked slightly, but its fuck all mostly water.

Still dont feel like we went full power in quads/hams/back, despite the human pterodactyl (from core crush). Immediate goal is 150 kg.

Widened grip to index on outer ring, our arm strength has improved. Still dont think we're at optimal lowbar for our size, should be max width, but it requires horizontal leverage on the bar (arm strength). Another reason I dont believe peoples lifts, 145 even so "light" doesnt just stay on your back by itself.

Random trivia from bb delt workout: Left forearm/bicep the limit on bb volume exercises. Slightly belt laterals (for more rear delt) have become back taxing at 45 kg per hand.

Obviously we do this to see whats ACTUALLY possible/what I can do/how I COMPARE. We also do it as a form of Anti-Content. Theres people that I would DWARF, that claim to natty lift 100 kg / 225 lbs MORE then what im lifting (ie what im lifting + myself LUL) with minimal physical change, yet ive gained this much SHEER MASS from the most basic, lighter and infrequent training. I see people IRL and you get a sense of what certain sized people have strength wise. Im a former generic lanky nerd, neither lifetime athlete and 33 years young. I want you to SEE what it does to me, HEAR what it does to me, SEE the damage it does, how I FEEL etc. My blood pressure after max effort squats was 12X/8x. Its just a journey of discovery!

All that BOOLSHEET about training strength vs size when the DUMBASSES are doing sets of 20 OMEGALUL. I probably cant do 20 reps of empty bar OMEGALUL. I can absolutely DESTROY people! Right down to the muscle FIBERS OMEGALUL! Hows this for a question... Why am I bigger then you? (Question Mark?) Thats weird! XD

Why do you and all your buddies look the same? Same hairline, same manboobs, same skin, same insane atrophy - especially in the limbs?
