Controlling your mouse scroll speed on Linux is a bit of a pain, there's not really a good way to do it especially now that synaptics is no longer maintained and a lot of people are using libinput. So today I'm going to show you how to fix this using a program known as IMWheel, now keep in mind that this program can be a little flaky from time to time but there's not really a better option if you want to change your scroll speed.
