6The best time to collect magic the gathering cards is now, for people who play the game. when card prices are cheap, if you want to play the game. if you got the money, buy the singles you want. Now I am not saying to collect for monetary value, or short term gains, but for building up decks, collecting staple cards. If MTG is so cheap, as people proclaim, buy the game pieces you need more of. Trade for more card fodder. get them amazing deck pieces. "Yes this is for commentary" But really it is a good time to buy the singles you want. buy the cards at their cheapest, the staple cards that are worth playing in your decks.
