To earn this ending, you must at start down the Evil path, finish First Summoning quest but then reach positive moral level.
Since here you must know how many moral points every quest has and make some sort of strategy to sort quest order, this surely is the trickiest ending to get.

BONUS: at some point in the game you have to slay or burn a caged demon; if you set him to flame he will burn endlessly, so if you want to kill him once and for all you must use your weapon. BUT if you leave it burning, at the end of..err..the end you'll know what became of him..
