Formula 1’s future power units continue to be a hot topic of discussion for the sport’s powerbrokers, with a format switch possible for 2021. The sport’s governing body, the FIA, has already agreed with current and external manufacturers, that engines should still be road car relevant, but also simpler, cheaper, and able to be raced harder.
