Intel Cascade Lake X = NO Big Changes vs Skylake X | "Massive Evidence" of DRAM Price Fixing ??

According to reports, the Intel HEDT chip, the Intel Cascade Lake has no real big improvements vs it's predecessor, the Skylake X. We look at what changes there are, including the clock speed, for this and the Cascade Lake SP.
Remember those DRAM price fixing allegations focused on Samsung, Micron and SK Hynix? Well, Chinese investigators have apparently found "massive evidence" of this... which if true, could have long reaching ramifications.
Manufacturers of both graphics cards and motherboards are continuining to feel the burn as profits are low in what should be a peak period for them. This is apparently going to continue to at least the 1H 2019.
Finally, contrary to reports, the RTX 2080Ti has NOT been delisted.
