INTO THE LIONS DEN... KINDA | Let's Play Far Cry 6 - Part 13
So after all this time going around the entire map of Yara, we have finally for the most part completed a lot of the optional side content available to us. Expect to see a lot more story missions in the future on our way to liberating Yara and completing our first Let's Play.
Trophy/Achievement Timestamps
1:47:40 - Liberty Trophy/Achievement - As you explore the map of Yara, you may come across FND bases. These can also be found through talking with NPCs marked by an ! in a black diamond on the minimap. They can also give locations of various other side activities in Yara. FND Bases require you to eliminate all enemies within the location to liberate it. Note that security cameras and turrets do not count towards this however they can alert you if they spot you. You need to liberate all 22 FND Bases for the trophy/achievement.
3:45:16 - Furiously Fast Trophy/Achievement - In Far Cry 6, you have the ability to customise your vehicles or rides. In order to obtain this trophy/achievement, you will need to customise each part of a ride with an upgrade or cosmetic change. These parts include 2 Offensive Items (such as turrets), 2 Defensive Armours, Rims, 2 Dashboard Props, Interior and Exterior Colour and Horns. Most of these parts you gain access to by completing races or finding them in crates scattered through Yara. In order to unlock Rims, Interior and Exterior Colour and Horns, you will need to deliver a vehicle to a Vehicle Point which are located at one of your captured FND Bases. Once you have installed a ride with each individual part you will get this trophy/achievement. Keep in mind that you can't just unlock the parts. They must be installed to count for the trophy/achievement.
4:34:50 - Backpacking Trophy/Achievement - Supremos are a temporary buff with an ability that will allow you to become super powered for a duration of time. They require a recharge but in exchange are very powerful even in just their base form. In order to buy a Supremo from Juan or his arms dealers, you will need to find them at some FND Bases. You will also need Depleted Uranium which can be obtained at Anti-Aircraft Cannon sites. Each Supremo costs 100 Depleted Uranium to purchase and may require a set Rank. The final Supremo "Triada" cannot be bought and instead needs to be obtained by completing the side quest "Triada Blessings" which is tied to a series of 3 Treasure Hunt quests. Upon gaining your final Supremo you will unlock this trophy/achievement.
4:36:47 - Undying Tradition Trophy/Achievement - To complete the side quest "Triada Blessings", you will need to complete a series of 3 Treasure Hunt quests that require you to collect blessings necessary to unlock the Oluso Cave. The Treasure Hunt quests in question are "Ida's Triada Relic", "Oku's Triada Relic" and "Mimo Abosi's Triada Relic". Each of these quests are located in one of the main areas of the game, Madrugada, Valle De Oro and El Este respectively. Upon collecting these, you will need to return to Oluso Cave found on Isla Santuario (tutorial island). After navigating your way through the cave, you will be able to place the blessings needed and collect the "Triada" Supremo. It is not over yet however as you will need to defeat Oluso in combat which involves shooting the real one whilst it makes clones of itself. Upon defeating Oluso and reviving them you will earn this trophy/achievement.
5:52:25 - Top Of The Pecking Order Trophy/Achievement - In order to participate in a Cockfight you need to find an Arena and a Rooster. There is a Cockfighting arena located at the Montero Farm Guerrilla Camp. Roosters can be found in the open world and are indicated by a box icon on the minimap. The easiest one to find is close by the Arena and should contain "El Rato". You can also purchase 6 Roosters through Ubisoft Connect. Once you have obtained a Rooster (it doesn't matter which one you get as none of them offer any distinct advantage over the other apart from a cosmetic look difference) you can participate in a Cockfight. Controls play out like a fighting game with the Square/X button being your light attack, X/A being your heavy attack and Circle/B along with a directional input being a dodge. Every time you get hit or perform a dodge, you will gain progression towards a yellow bar which builds up your Super Gallo move. By pushing L1 + R1 you will perform the Super Gallo Move that will take away a larger portion of the health bar. You can play however you like but I found spamming the heavy attack and then dodging immediately backwards into another heavy attack worked out the best as the AI doesn't seem to try to dodge unless on higher difficulties. Each fight is best 2/3 so simply win a match and you will unlock this trophy/achievement.
