so apparently I need to create a function, and move it to pre draw in order to actually sequence a objects localized position to a moving object :(

Never tried using (get local orientation) (own.worldOrientation*target.worldOrientation)

set own.worldOrientation = local*target.worldOrientation

until now :D now I can 'psudo parent' a object but it's like slow parent (1 frame)
