I never bothered to try it due to the general "acceleration = bad" advice I kept hearing, but then heard some really good players use it (via ReWASD though). I don't know if I'm necessarily better or worse with Gyro Accel, but it does *feel* better, allowing both steady low-sens aim and quick larger flicks.
Steam's acceleration seems to work more like a joystick response curve from center. A fast ~45-degree flick and a slow, steady ~45-degree flick seemed to stop at the same spot, so it wasn't dependent on speed. Maybe this is why I like it better. I have no idea how it compares to ReWASD Acceleration or any other programs. Haven't had a chance to try it on the Deck yet (don't have it on me ATM).

Sensitivity: Something like 1000%, does 360 with edge-to-edge swipe

Sensitivity: 100-150% (as low as 1/8 or 1/10 my Trackpad Sensitivity)

Smoothing: 0
Yes, I know about the new Gyro To Mouse mode in Beta. I don't really have time to dig into it at the moment.
