Welcome to part 2 of the series

In this tutorial we will use procreate and LumaFusion
To create parallax effect and add pixel effect to the animation.

Tutorial brief:

Procreate:

-import images and prepare the scene
-create grass foreground with custom brush
-bonus: create rain overlay animation

LumaFusion:

-animate images
-create parallax effect with multiple animated backgrounds
-joint two animations seamlessly with thunder trick
-pixelate images and videos in lumafusion
-create videos with transparency background
