Travis objected to the timing of the launches, so I set up to stagger the launches properly, so I worked out how to sequence them.

I also was grousing about how the Speed modules did not reduce the 40 seconds it takes to animate a launch, and built this launch complex entirely without speed modules.

In retrospect, I probably should have kept the speed modules: with none present, nine silos can launch one rocket per minute. There may be a good balance point between blasting out beacons on one or two silos, versus blasting out silos in parallel.

Trying to increase launch rates with this layout and circuit logic is not investigated at all, and I suspect it would be tricky given the method I use to prevent each from launching too soon. If we were attempting to launch faster, we might run into a case where each rocket would have to launch before the science from the previous rocket arrived in the storage area, which means a completely different logic would be needed.
