This series tracks my Kerbal Space Program Career [save 2], with the main focus on the development of a collection of scripts for the kOS mod.

This stream showcases Mission "Longingly Awful Trip" flight B. After the first flight, they were able to build a Materials Science Bay, and it was time to fly that one up into space and back.

There is no change to the kOS scripting here -- and, while the "/B" at the end of the vessel name does give it a new home folder in the archive, our loadfile scheme already checks the parent directory, so this "variant" can still use all of the code from the base version of the mission.

The innovation this time: I installed the "[X] Science!" add-on, which gives a checklist of possible experiments, meaning that I can keep a window onscreen that shows me what experiments I could do, right now, to get science. Very useful.
