TriggerWarning: Non-PC ideas and acknowledgement of 1990s perspective, morality and views on mental health.

The Matrix (1999) is suppose to be an analogy for transgenderism, because the Lana Wachowski and Lilly Wachowski are transwomen.

So we look at the symbolism of the Matrix. Not the on the nose messiah bullsymbolism, but the relationship between reality and virtuality. How postmodernism affects the narrative and any potential ideas of transsexuality.

We use the arguments from the NPR article: 'I, too, was living a double life': Why trans fans connect to 'The Matrix' and an interview with one of the creators on Netflix Film Club titled "Why The Matrix Is a Trans Story According to Lilly Wachowski".

Look up the following word: Revisionism.

AndyAce83 has a degree in this. Just saying.
