=Summary=-
In the world of modded minecraft, there are few words that spark debate as much as “Paid Mods”, everyone hates them but simultaneously believes that Mod devs should get compensated for the hours of work they put into their creations. So what about a middleground? A middle ground like todays subject Axiom, where you have a free to use fully complete version for singleplayer and non commercial use, while having a paid for licence for commercial use aka build teams and the like. Does this finally strike a balance between the two extremes? Well no it seems this has become yet another lighting rod in the endless pits of debate that is my comment section. As on the 10th of may a person from the SteveMC project published an article accusing them of breaking the eula and improperly asking for personal data when not needed. But is this true? Is Axiom, and by extension its developer Moulberry just underhanded monopoly men that wish to steal your data? Well not quite, and as you will see throughout this video some of the claim vary from agreeable, to debatable, to downright moronic. Welcome to the absolute mess that is The Axiom Debacle.
