Is Torchlight III Dead Game? So Many Bad Negative Reviews!
2Torchlight III (Early Access on Steam) is receiving countless bad negative reviews as of the time of making the video, and it's not just about server online issues. Maybe it was too early to release the game, even in Early Access on Steam
Players are complaining about the game being boring, lacking compared to Torchlight 2, feeling like a mobile game, not enough depth in weapon and class customization, etc.
Early Access is a great way to help indie developers or any developer in that matter to gain feedback from the community and improve their game, but it can also "kill" a game on arrival if users aren't satisfied with what they get, especially if they paid for it and Torchlight 3 is a paid early access, not a freemium game.
It seems many players want to enjoy this game, but with so many bad reviews, this can make the game dead on arrival, as many players will just prefer to refund or wait and by that time many other great games arrive and they'll forget about Torchlight 3.
Torchlight 3 has a large fan base but is it enough to support the game until it's official full release?
