Product Owner: a person who presents the customer in our organization.
The first person to make validation for the software.


Requirement team: writes Product Backlog instead of SRS (Group of User Stories)
User story (Login, Payment, Registration, add a card, reset the password. Add and delete customer, refund)
Every user story has a priority.

Phase 1: Product Backlog
Phase 2: Sprint Planning Meeting (determine extracting Software from 1 to 4 weeks)
Making estimation of every user story (user story login 2 days, Registration 3 days, etc…)

Ha5od el 3 user Stories and make a Sprint Backlog. (Meeting to discuss only the 3 user stories).
Every day we are making daily stand-up meetings.

Scrum Master: Facilitator / Coordinator that makes a lot of checks to confirm the correction of the process.

But the sprint is the period of the iteration product (From 1 week to 4)
