Core to this, is the FEDERATION - the organisation that runs the island - and Cucurucho, the person who speaks for the federation.
Well, with Jaiden befriending Cucurucho, it seems like there's a LOT of secret lore we're only just finding out about - with Cucurucho forcing Jaiden to stay at the Federation's offices, and "help" him along with A CLONE OF HIMSELF??? Things are getting really strange - and is really reminiscient of Project Bluebird, a fan AU theory where Jaiden was brought up by the Federation and experimented on.
