Jak 3: Part 15: The Temple Tests of Time & Space
5Before Ashelin left Jak behind, she parted to him the Seal of Mar. There is a door at the Monk Temple that looks like this seal, so Jak decides to check the temple out again. This time, the Temple will be infested with Metal Heads.
The Seal of Mar will unlock a door that looks like it. It will lead into a test that challenges you to get 18 Light/Dark tokens with the Jetboard. Really, it's just a way of showing you how to use the Jetboard to get to those tokens to begin with.
Get that done to unlock another door. It will lead the path to another Precursor statue facing you.

Like the first one, this statue warns of horrible future where an ancient evil will return to destroy the world.
The statue can only offer Jak a second Light power: Flash Freeze.
Flash Freeze is a cool Light Jak move that lets you slow down time. You'll need to use this order to overcome more obstacles ahead of you, but this can also be used against enemies so you can toy around with them without them being able to do anything about it.
Flash Freeze uses half of a full Light Eco meter. On the bright side (no pun intended), you get to stay in the form as long as you still have Light Eco (and don't trigger events).

Jak & Daxter eventually reach an elevator, a hi-tech one in the ancient Temple that lead deep underground into the Catacombs. It was time for a high-speed ride through them, and apparently Pecker will be joining the duo. Apparently he got back in touch with Onin, and she alerted to Pecker that they all need to get back to Haven City.
The Catacomb car is a short, but fast ride. You crash and die, you'll have to start it, but it really doesn't talk long.
You finish the ride by... crashing the car. So now there's no going back.
However, another Precursor appears to already give Jak a THIRD Light power: Light Shield.
Light Shield protects Jak from all incoming attacks as long as the Circle button is held down, though this also drains your Light Eco.
If you want to use Light Jak without using too much Light Eco for now, then I suggest activating the form with the Light Shield instead of the Flash Freeze.
