Review – I don’t get invested in old RPG’s as I have a mountain of games to get through so this video is just a gameplay demo.
This is an RPG that doesn’t stand out from others at all. It looks just like any typical JRPG from this era so I’m sure it is decent enough. Everything is so typical that I knew how to play it even though it is entirely in Japanese and text heavy.
The one thing that did stand out was the frequency of random battles. You barely take 2 steps before being thrown into battle again. The battles are quite long as well, so this game would get very boring quickly. Moreso than even the early Final Fantasy games.
