I ended up going with the Conductor for the Battle of the Birds - I'm not especially fond of that character (both their attitude and also being some sort of crocodile monster bird), but the levels were better and I like the owls minions.

I ended up diving deeper into some of the story especially for both of the Directors, but also the history behind Alpine Skyline and Mafia Town. There's a bunch of random levels/finales I've missed actually, so I'm running through all of that.

While I haven't done the Seals part of the first DLC, I did pop into the Death Wishes. I think I'm probably not going to finish those - the level design isn't satisfying enough for me to want to go through harder, possibly more obnoxious remixes.
